The Peacocks will be aiming to take full advantage of one of their games in hand when they welcome Dulwich Hamlet to the Cygnet Health Care Stadium tomorrow evening (7th February), ko 7.45pm.

The game is the second of six successive Tuesday night home games for Town as they seek to clear their backlog of fixtures, with the Dulwich match firstly rescheduled from the original date in October to a month later due to the Peacocks’ FA Cup tie at Yeovil, but then postponed due to a waterlogged pitch in November.

Saturday’s fantastic win at Eastbourne lifted Town up to 16th, level on points with tomorrow’s opponents but having played five games fewer, and a positive result against Hamlet will see further progress up the table. Dulwich travel west on a poor run of form, having lost their last four League games including a 2-1 defeat at Weymouth on Saturday, and with one win from their last six matches. That win was at Welling last month, one of their four successes on the road this season from 13 games.

The Peacocks welcome Jake Wannell back into the squad after his three match ban, otherwise the squad remains unchanged from the weekend. Head of Football Rob Dray remarked:” Tomorrow is another big test after the last two results where we have beaten sides in the top half of the table. We must continue to keep our heads down and grind as the table can often mean little in a league where anyone can beat anyone. We have to keep backing up good results with the next one but the team are feeling good after the past week and will be all out to continue that winning streak.”
