The Peacocks begin an exhausting week on the road in the Vanarama National League South with a trip to Welling United tomorrow evening (21st March), ko 7.45pm

There are further treks to Braintree and Hampton & Richmond Borough to contemplate as well, but first there is the small matter of the first ever visit to Park View Road tomorrow when Town will hope to take consolation from their second half display against Hemel Hempstead on Saturday and turn it into a positive outcome in Kent. The Peacocks sit one point above the drop zone at present and with tomorrow being one of their games in hand the importance of a win would be massive in their quest to climb away from danger.

The Wings are going through a similar rocky patch to Town, with only one win registered from their last eleven games. Since that win at Slough last month, they have drawn two and lost four including defeats in their two most recent fixtures against relegation-threatened Concord Rangers and Weymouth, leaving them in 18th spot, five points ahead of the Peacocks but having played four more games. Both sides will therefore view three points as crucial. Town will be missing Jake Wannell through injury but Dave Sims-Burgess returns after being rested for the Hemel game and Zac Smith is fit for selection.
