The Peacocks will look to maintain their encouraging start to the season when they welcome Walton Casuals to the Cygnet Health Care Stadium tomorrow afternoon (26th September), kick-off 3.00pm.

Last Saturday’s 1-1 draw in the Pitching In Southern League opener at Hayes & Yeading United was followed by the 5-0 midweek success over Wantage Town in the Emirates FA Cup and a three point haul tomorrow will be the focus as Town prepare for their first home League game of the campaign.

The Casuals began their League season with a 1-1 result at home to Hartley Wintney last weekend but then gained their first win with a 2-1 victory at Staines Town in the FA Cup on Tuesday. The Surrey side have recruited several experienced players over the summer so will pose a definite threat to Town who face another hard game at Truro City on Tuesday evening.

Thankfully Head of Football Rob Dray is again able to name an unchanged squad, commenting: “ After a good performance in the FA Cup we have to back these games up against another changed side from Walton who will be very difficult to play against. However, if we get to our levels like we can at home it will be tough for anyone.”

Tickets remain on sale for tomorrow’s game via Eventbrite priced at £10 for Adults, £8 for Concessions and £5 for Under 18’s, with all tickets subject to a booking fee.
