Today, Thursday 10th October, is World Mental Health Day 2019 and the club have been proud to support the cause by releasing brief video films throughout the day on our Social Media channels. The day is especially significant as our stadium sponsor Cygnet Health Care is one of the UK’s largest independent providers of inpatient mental health care so we are delighted to be involved.
The focus for World Mental Health Day this year is Suicide Prevention and the four films, expertly created by one of our media team Dan Howell, show goals scored by the Peacocks related to various themes over recent seasons, the common denominator being the clips are all 40 seconds long, during which time someone will statistically have lost their life by suicide.
