The Peacocks suffered their first Vanarama National League South defeat in five games when they lost 2-0 at Dulwich Hamlet this afternoon.

The hosts gained an early advantage with the opening goal after 10 minutes, a Conor Lawless corner finally being converted by George Porter after keeper Jack Bycroft had blocked two efforts. In a scrappy game, further chances were few and far between going into the second half before Town conceded a penalty on 79 minutes after Porter was brought down. Sanchez Ming netted from the spot before the afternoon deteriorated even more when Nick McCootie was red carded for alleged words to the referee. The Peacocks now look forward to returning to the Cygnet Health Care Stadium on Tuesday with the visit of Hungerford Town.
