Defender Ioan Richards has departed the club and signed for Southern Premier South side Yate Town. He made his debut yesterday evening in the Bluebells’ 3-2 defeat at Weston-super-Mare.
Head of Football Rob Dray said:” Ioan needed to get some regular game time and with who is in front of him he felt moving was his best option. His attitude was always nailed on and we will miss him around the place but we wish him well.”
The former Gloucester City centre half joined the Peacocks in the summer of 2021 and went on to make 21 full and 3 substitute appearances in all competitions last season. We thank Ioan for his contribution during his time at the club and wish him the best of luck for the future.
