The tragic death of 25 year old Matlock Town player Jordan Sinnott last week following an attack during a night out has brought the football world together in the collection of shirts from clubs up and down the country. His best friend Danny Ward is gathering football tops displaying ‘Sinnott 25’ to create a tribute at the funeral, with the shirts then being donated afterwards to the charity Sport Relief to allow youngsters to play in a shirt carrying his name.
The Peacocks have played their part by contributing a shirt which was displayed before the game with Harrow Borough yesterday. Pictured with the shirt are Andrew Neal, Shane White, Rob Dray, Matt Wright and Nick Grimes.
