We are pleased to announce the signing of Jack Goodall from Weston-super-Mare.
The 22 year old right back is a product of Weston’s Academy and Under 18 side, joining the first team squad in 2017. He has spent loan spells at a number of clubs, predominantly Shepton Mallet Town but also Bridgwater Town, Slimbridge and Mangotsfield United. He made his senior debut for the Seagulls in April 2018 and has since gone on to feature 14 times.
Jack commented:” I’m really excited to join Taunton and make the most of a new opportunity. They have done well over the past few seasons and have a strong squad who are ambitious to do well. It’s a fresh challenge for me and I’m looking forward to it.”
Head of Football Rob Dray said:” Jack will be a good addition to the squad, being another player at the right age and able to play in a couple of positions. He will give us energy and the attitude to defend so we’re pleased to have him on board.”
