Former Liverpool striker Neil Mellor is the latest Premier League man to be named in the Legends squad which takes on a Taunton Town Legends XI at the Cygnet Health Care Stadium on Sunday 19th April, kick-off 2.00pm. Mellor also featured for Preston North End and Sheffield Wednesday amongst others during his career and will join ex-Manchester United and Wales international Clayton Blackmore and former Newcastle United full back John Beresford who have also been named in the Premier League squad in the past few days, joining the already confirmed Matt Jansen, Lee Hendrie, Alan Kennedy and Micky Gray.
Tickets are priced at £15 for Adults, £10 Concessions and £5 for Under 18’s and will again be on sale in the Club Shop at tomorrow evening’s game against Hendon.
