Following an inspection, today’s Buildbase FA Trophy game at home to Truro City has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch after heavy rain from Storm Aiden. There were also concerns regarding the trees on the eastern boundary of the ground as some branches now overhang the pitch and terracing, and with windy conditions ongoing and forecast into this afternoon player and spectator safety was paramount along with the effective management of the crowd to comply with Covid-19 regulations.
It is hoped to rearrange the game for this coming Tuesday evening (3rd November) which will hopefully be confirmed later today. All tickets purchased for today’s game will be valid for any rearranged date.
