We’re delighted to offer a great deal for our upcoming double header against Dulwich Hamlet, with the London side visiting the Cygnet Health Care Stadium on Saturday for an Isuzu FA Trophy tie and then returning on Tuesday evening for a rearranged Vanarama National League South fixture. To help relieve the pressure on your pocket the club will be giving all paying spectators on Saturday a voucher which will entitle half price entry to the Tuesday game. Season ticket holders won’t miss out either!
Chairman Kevin Sturmey explained as he updated us with the club’s autumn ‘mini-statement’:
“We all know how financially tough things are for many people at present, with fuel prices so expensive and shopping bills rising, so we wanted to offer some financial cheer over the next two matches which are pretty unique in football terms. We also know how important football is for so many people and with a competition the other side of the world about to start, what better way to get a real football fix at your local non-league club as it’s not just the top echelons of the game that can provide a fantastic day out. Our match day experience is one of the best in non-league and this Saturday we will have a full array of catering outlets including the Burger van, our Coffee Barista, a large outside bar serving draught and other drinks, our can bars serving a wide range of canned drinks at very reasonable prices, the Burrito Bus serving Mexican food, a donut, candy floss and popcorn outlet plus a hog roast and pizza outlet as well. So don’t worry about the Premier League taking a break, come along to the Cygnet Health Care Stadium and enjoy the food and drink as well as FA Trophy football!
If you pay to attend the game on Saturday, you will receive a voucher for half price entry on Tuesday. Don’t worry Season Ticket Holders, we are also offering a voucher for you; as you are already entitled to free entry to League matches with your season ticket, the voucher will entitle you to a £6 bar spend in both the TTFC Can bars. We are also looking at some mini discount tickets to cover a number of matches in the near future and if anyone has any great and reasonable ideas for future promotions, please email me chairman@tauntontown.com
