A poor display saw the Peacocks slump to a 3-0 defeat at Havant & Waterlooville this afternoon in the Vanarama National League South. In stark contrast to seven days earlier, Town were never at the races against the bottom side who grabbed an early lead on 6 minutes when a corner was glanced on to Ben Morgan to prod home. The Hawks remained on top into the second half and doubled their advantage on 59 minutes when a break down the right saw Kieran Phillips’ cross turned into his own net by Nick Grimes before the Town defence went absent six minutes before the end as Kai Innocent waltzed through to add a third to cap a miserable afternoon.
