Away Travel Update

Unfortunately, there will be NO organised Travel running to Taunton Town FC away fixtures for the time being. Despite the recent easing of Government restrictions, considerable personal risk still exists. The virus continues to breed particularly when in close contact with others in confined spaces and the club are unfortunately unable to identify anybody at this time able or willing to take any unnecessary risks.

The Squad will sensibly continue to travel independently in ‘Bubbles’ to away fixtures in order to prevent further outbreaks of infection within the Playing Staff.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause at this time, however this will be periodically reviewed in line with future Government and Public Health England advice going forward.

Peacock supporters are therefore encouraged to make their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that people take appropriate precautions and follow guidance when travelling on public transport and if car-sharing, maintain good ventilation and limit numbers of passengers travelling in vehicles.
