We’re on the lookout for a committed and detail-driven Performance Analyst to become an integral part of our backroom staff ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. If you’re passionate about football, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of a high-performance environment, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-match opposition analysis, with a focus on video coding and tactical breakdowns.

  • Support the management of club performance databases, including input and interpretation of both technical and physical data.

  • Conduct penalty analysis to assist goalkeeper preparation for upcoming fixtures.

  • Provide post-match evaluations of individual player performance.

  • Undertake project work and football research to support the wider performance team.

  • Present findings and insights to players and coaching staff, contributing to match preparation and long-term development.

  • Work to tight deadlines, especially during busy match periods.

  • Assist with matchday setup and contribute to in-game duties.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong knowledge of football tactics, team structures, and playing styles.

  • Reliable, hard-working, and meticulous with detail.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • Open to learning and capable of receiving and applying feedback.

  • Available for weekend fixtures and selected weekday sessions.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a performance analysis role within football.

  • Qualifications in coaching, performance analysis, or talent ID.

  • Familiarity with telestration tools and analysis software.

  • Good working knowledge of non-league football, particularly in the South West or Southern League.

  • Awareness of how data and video are used to inform decision-making in football.
