The Peacocks saw a two goal lead evaporate as they drew 2-2 at Plymouth Parkway in the Southern League Premier South this evening.

After Matt Wright had headed against the bar for the hosts, Aysa Corrick caught a defender in possession to advance and put Taunton ahead after 14 minutes. The lead was then doubled six minutes later when Jayden Nielsen rifled home a beauty from a short corner before Parkway responded on 38 minutes through Ryan Brett who netted from the edge of the box. After Taunton lost Archie Ferris to a straight red card for a late challenge, Parkway equalised after 73 minutes when Mikey Williams slotted in off the underside of the bar but the Peacocks managed to hang on under further heavy pressure to secure their fifth successive game unbeaten in all competitions.
