On Thursday 17th October a merry band of Peacocks’ players and management team took a trip to Quantock Brewery. They are a family-run microbrewery based in Bishops Lydeard producing multi award-winning beer for cask, keg, can and bottle.
We were greeted with a warm smile in the autumn sunshine and then given a tour of their brewery. This included an overview of the whole brewing process and then visits to their cellar through to their onsite bar.
We are delighted to share the news that Quantock Brewery have crafted our very own ‘Peacock Lager’ for fans to savour.
“I am excited to announce our collaboration with Quantock Brewery with the launch of our own Peacock Lager. We are hoping to have it for sale by mid-November in the bar and in cans from our Club Shop. It serves as an ideal Christmas present whilst browsing other products for family and friends”.
