The Peacocks travel to the Memorial Playing Fields to face Hartley Wintney tomorrow afternoon (15 Dec) KO: 3pm.

Town will be bolstered by the return of Dan Sullivan, Pierce Mitchell and Ben Adelsbury who have all recovered from injury which forced the trio to miss Town’s 7-0 victory over Harrow Borough last weekend.

Taunton currently sit top of the pile with a 5 point advantage over Weymouth who are in FA Trophy action tomorrow, which gives the Peacocks a good opportunity to put pressure on the chasing pack should they return home with maximum points.

It won’t be an easy trip for Rob Dray’s side as the hosts will be aiming to put an end to their slip in form after only winning once in their previous six league fixtures, a 3-1 victory away to Basingstoke.

Looking ahead to tomorrow’s trip Rob Dray said, “It will be a tough task tomorrow. We may have to be a little pragmatic in grinding some results out, the Gosport v Weymouth result shows that you cannot take your foot off the peddle in this division. There is a little of the unknown about our opponents tomorrow but we do know they are hardworking and do have quality. I’m proud of the boys for keeping their discipline last week which was a bizarre game, it means we have a full squad to pick from which is going to be crucial over the next few weeks.”
