The Peacocks welcome in form Farnborough to the Viridor Stadium tomorrow afternoon (23 Feb), 3pm.
Town’s visitors are on a great run of form having only lost once in their last 12 league outings which has seen them climb the league standings to 8th and just 6 points off a play-off spot.
Taunton have also returned to form themselves following back to back away victories over Walton Casuals and Beaconsfield Town in recent weeks. Town lead the way at the top of the table with a 5 point cushion and will be looking to continue their unbeaten home record in front of an expectant home crowd.
Rob Dray has a full squad at his disposal for the match and remarked, “12 games to go with 7 at home and 5 on the road. We start a mini- league where literally anything could happen, but we are in it and we couldn’t ask for anymore. The boys are strong mentally and are ready to give everything. There will be twists and turns so buckle up and enjoy it.”
The two sides last met in November when Town came from behind to secure a 4-1 victory at the Easy As HGV Stadium.
