The Peacocks will look to recover from their weekend mauling at St Albans City when they entertain Torquay United in the Vanarama National League South tomorrow evening (13th February), ko 7.45pm.
However the match at Wordsworth Drive is subject to a pitch inspection tomorrow morning. Updates will be posted on our usual channels once this has been done.
Should the game get the green light, it will be a battle between two sides badly out of form. United have dropped down the table from being second in mid- December to their current position of 11th following a run of just one win in nine league outings. They have lost their last four games, conceding 15 goals in the process including a late winner from Slough Town on Saturday which earnt them a 4-3 win at Plainmoor. The pressure will be on the full time outfit tomorrow then to arrest their recent slide.
The Peacocks meanwhile have not won in their last eleven league fixtures as they perch precariously above the drop zone in 20th spot. Ollie Chamberlain is not yet fit to return to the squad.
