Peacocks secure Jack Matthews until the end of the season
Taunton Town Football Club are delighted to announce that defender Jack Matthews’ loan deal has been extended until the end of the season.
On loan from Championship side Plymouth Argyle, Jack Matthews has been impressive so far this season for the Peacocks.
Club manager Richard Luffman stated, “What can I say about Jack? A proper player. Obviously, being a pro at a Championship club, you’d expect technical ability and an idea of how to play. What has impressed me most about him is his willingness to learn and his personality around the group. He’s arguably been our best pound-for-pound signing, and I’m so happy with him and delighted he’s here to stay.”
