The club can announce there is to be a change in the way the 50/50 draw is administered on matchdays at the Viridor Stadium.
The draw will be trialled over the next 3 home games as part of the matchday programme which will see an increase of a £1, from £2 to £3.
Each programme will be individually numbered and the “lucky programme” number will be announced at half time earning the winner a £50 prize.
Brand Director Giuseppe Fraschini remarked, “In order to keep the programme financially viable and remain part of the matchday experience which many fans cherish. We have invested in producing a higher quality and more informative programme for supporters which comes with an added cost. We hope this trial will see an increase in programme sales as there is greater participation in the 50/50 draw. The Football League recently announced clubs could choose to produce a matchday programme or not due to it being a lose earner. The Southern League are yet to make the same decision, so we see this move as the best of both worlds for supporters to enjoy.”
