Summer recruitment at Taunton Town FC has now reached double figures as we welcome Harris Feltham to the club, the tenth new face in a totally revamped Peacocks’ squad.
The attacking midfielder possesses a good footballing pedigree, having played in Chelsea’s youth team for several years and also having had a spell with National League Eastleigh. Two years were then spent with Cardiff Met in the Cymru Premier before he joined Cribbs for last season where he netted 12 goals in all competitions and was nominated for the Southern League Division One South Team Of The Season.
Harris told Peacocks’ media:” I’m thrilled to be at the club, and I can’t wait to play in front of the fans. Obviously I know Luffers well and being the best manager I’ve ever worked with had a huge bearing on my decision. UTP 🦚.”
Manager Richard Luffman is equally satisfied to secure the talents of the young midfield man, saying:” Harris is a technically gifted midfield player who’ll go and have a great impact for this club. A tenacious player who gets around the pitch, but his main asset is his final action. Be it a shot or a pass, he’s calm and makes brilliant decisions. A great short and long term signing for Taunton.”
