The club would like to say a heartfelt thank you for two donations that have recently been received to assist with the financial challenges we have been facing.
Peacocks’ supporter Troy Webster recently competed in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Marathon on behalf of Taunton Town FC and although he was unable to complete the course he ran a staggering 65 miles inside 24 hours. Troy raised a fantastic sponsorship sum of £1480 which he is seen presenting to Club Director Derek Perry and Andy Stark from the Taunton Town Independent Supporters Association in the photo above.
St Andrews Club in Taunton also held a Race Night last weekend and have kindly donated the proceeds of the evening to Taunton Town. St Andrews Club Chairman Andy Rose and representative Sarah Butler are pictured below presenting the terrific total of £750 raised.
