The Peacocks secured a well-earned point after a 0-0 draw at fellow strugglers Welling United in the Vanarama National League South this afternoon.
A game of few clear chances might have gone Town’s way after the break when the Wings had Dominic Odusanya sent off for a challenge on Callum Dolman after 73 minutes. Despite late pressure though the Peacocks were unable to capitalise as their winless run extended to nine matches which they now need to focus on resolving when Truro City visit Wordsworth Drive on Tuesday evening.
