Following yesterday’s news that supporters will be able to start attending games at Step 3 and below, the FA have today released further information on how this will be implemented.
From Saturday 22nd August until August 30th, clubs at Step 3 and below will be able to allow crowds into their ground up to a maximum of 15% of their ground grading capacity. Then from August 31st this figure will increase to 30% although other directives such as social distancing and a full risk assessment will need to be adopted in order to allow games to go ahead with fans in attendance.
We will be fully assessing these new directives and making further information available in due course regarding the return of supporters to attend games at the Cygnet Health Care Stadium.
