The Peacocks secured a terrific 1-0 victory at Walton & Hersham in the Southern League Premier South this evening.
After a goalless first half Town broke the stalemate eight minutes after the break when Alfie Moulden netted with a lovely strike from the edge of the box. Walton hit the post through Dawid Rogalski with 15 minutes remaining but Taunton defended solidly to end the Swans’ unbeaten home record this season and climb up to 8th in the table.
