Nat joined the Cardiff City Academy as an 8 year old and graduated to their Under 18 side in which he finished as top scorer in 2009-10. He joined Southend United on a month’s loan in September 2010, going on to make 7 appearances before returning to Cardiff where he secured his first pro contract in May 2011. He scored on his competitive debut for the Welsh side in August 2011 against Oxford United in a League Cup tie before joining Newport County on loan a month later where he made 31 appearances in two separate loan periods during the season and appeared for County in the FA Trophy Final. Another loan followed in November 2012 when Nat joined Forest Green Rovers for six weeks and after a brief return to Cardiff he was loaned to Kidderminster Harriers for the remainder of the 2012-13 season.

Following his release from Cardiff in 2013 he initially signed for Brackley Town in August before making a couple of appearances for Bath City around Christmas and then switching to Gloucester City for the rest of the campaign. After a loan spell at Cirencester Town he then joined them permanently for 2014-15 when he scored 24 goals before another move followed when he signed for Hungerford Town in the summer of 2015. After two seasons there he joined Bath City for the 2017-18 campaign when he featured regularly in the National League for the next three years, firstly with the Romans and then with Chippenham Town where he made 62 appearances and scored 20 goals over the next two seasons. In June 2020 Nat joined Barry Town United in the Cymru Premier League, spending two years there until his move to the Cygnet Health Care Stadium. Nat is also a full international for Antigua and Barbuda, having made his debut during 2014 and scoring his first international goal against the Dominican Republic in September of that year.
