A product of the Swansea City Academy and an international at Under 19 level for Wales, Cameron signed for the Peacocks in January 2023 from League of Ireland Premier Division side Sligo Rovers. An adaptable defender, he progressed through the Swans’ Academy to the Under 21 side and signed a pro contract in July 2019 before making his first team debut in January 2021 against Stevenage in the FA Cup. A month later he joined Waterford on a season-long loan, making 35 appearances for the League of Ireland club. Upon his release from Swansea in June 2022, he returned to Ireland to join Sligo Rovers before linking up with Taunton for the second half of their National League South campaign.
