Weymouth-born Parkes, has played first team football at non-league level for Havant and Waterlooville, Barnet and Dover Athletic during loan spells from Watford.
Prior to joining the Hornets in 2019, Parkes had been at Southampton since the age of 10 and played for England at under-17 level. Joined Plymouth Argyle in 20/21 as backup before joining Plymouth Parkway in 22/23 season.
